Our products are made with organic flour, fresh ingredients, local and organic produce and fruits whenever possible. Our products are freshly baked every morning. Our coffee and espresso are all organic.

Our lunch are served on our own freshly baked toasted organic white or honey whole wheat baguettes.

Besides our regular fares of cakes and pastries, additional seasonal fares are added on a regular basis.
