(Basic decorations may vary, based upon products on hand. Most cakes are covered w/a side of cake crumbs, if you want something specific or needs it to be per the description please inform us when making your order so we make sure we are able to accommodate the request)

Banana Chocolate – This deliciously moist cake has a layer of moist chocolate cakes and a layer of moist banana cake married together with fresh banana, creme diplomat and fresh whipped cream.
Black Forest* – Made with fresh cherries or strawberries frosted and layered with fresh whipped cream between layers of moist blackout chocolate cake.
Carrot Cake*~– This is an instant favorite with our carrot cake lovers. Our house cream cheese sits between layers of carrot cake made of fresh organic carrots, walnuts, Monukka raisins and our secret spices and covered with a light cream cheese frosting.
Chocolate Decadence^ – This simple cake is a must try for chocolate lovers, layer of rich creamy semi sweet chocolate mousse are layered between layers of moist chocolate cake all covered with a pouring ganache makes for a heavenly cake.
Classic Cheesecake – Our cheesecake sits atop our house short bread, made to have a home made taste and look, it’s a winner with all cheesecake lovers, this cake needs to be ordered 2 days ahead of time.
Deep Chocolate*~^ – This eggless cake is a chocolate lover’s delight, it’s layers of blackout chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate ganache, with a touch of raspberry preserves and glazed with a rich dark pouring ganache.
Giandiua* – Layers of dark chocolate cake filled with rich hazelnut swiss meringue buttercream covered with chocolate ganache and toasted almond.
Amia German Chocolate Cake – Not your traditional German Chocolate Cake, but still delicious. Layers of chocolate cakes dusted with mocha syrup layered and frosted with a toasted coconut and pecan chocolate buttercream. It's a must try for any coconut and chocolate lovers......really.
Lemon Cheesecake – For those who wants a light refreshing cheesecake for those hot summer days, this is a perfect selection.
Lemon Berry Torte*^ – This refreshing cake is made with a light lemon soaked torte layered with lemon mascarpone cream folded with seasonal berries and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Mango Mousse Cake – Layers of mango soaked genoise married with layer of Mango mousse and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Mango Raspberry* – Layers of vanilla cake filled with mango buttercream made with mango puree, raspberry puree swirls and frosted with vanilla whipped cream.
Amia Opera Cake* – Our Opera cake consist of Layers of sponge cake, frosted with vanilla buttercream, layer of dark chocolate cake frosted with hazelnut buttercream, layer of sponge cake is then frosted with a thin layer of whipped cream and covered with ganache
Passion Fruit Mousse Cake – Layers of passion fruit soaked genoise married with layer of passion fruit mousse and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Pistachio Honey* – Pistachio cake layered with honey mascarpone and frosted with vanilla whipped cream.
Princess Cake*~ – Genoise cake layered with cream diplomat and raspberry preserve on one, whipped cream on another and covered with marzipan. This is a definite must try, very moist and decadent.
Raspberry Chocolate Cream Cake* – This was introduced to us by a dear customer of ours, it consists of moist layers of chocolate cake filled with a raspberry preserves, fresh vanilla whipped cream to give a right combination of tartness and sweetness to complement the chocolate cake and frosted with fresh vanilla whipped cream.
Amia Red Velvet Cake – Our Red Velvet is light on the cocoa which allows it to be moist and rich it's then filled with a thin layer of house cream cheese and frosted with our house cream cheese frosting.
Seasonal Fruits and Cream*^~– This cake is made of a moist genoise, creme diplomat, seasonal fresh fruits and a light whipped cream.
Tira Misu*^ – Genoise cake soaked with a rum (optional) espresso, layered with whipped cocoa Italian mascarpone and finished with cocoa whipped cream.
Tres Leches*^ – This recipe comes to us via our head baker Marco. It's genoise cake soaked with three different types of milk and layered with creme diplomat and frosted with a vanilla whipped cream.
Tropical Torte* – Vanilla torte layered with fresh whipped cream, coconut flakes and pineapple and frosted with vanilla whipped cream and toasted coconut
White Chocolate Berry* – Fresh seasonal berries are layered into a white chocolate mousse whipped cream and is use as a filling for the genoise cake and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Pastries
Mango Mousse – A creamy robust taste of fresh mango atop of our moist sponge cake.
Triple Chocolate Mousse – Decadent layers of rich and creamy white, dark and milk chocolate mousse atop a slice of moist chocolate cake.
White chocolate Raspberry Mousse – Soft, silky and creamy white chocolate mousse envelopes swirls and fresh raspberry puree is one of our crowd's favorite.

Tarts are only made to order, this is to ensure its crust stays nice and crisp for your enjoyment.
